Inspired by the delicious scent wafting from the Blommer Chocolate factory with notes of chocolate, vanilla, and walnut.

Situated just west of the Chicago River and the downtown Loop, the West Loop has transformed from the gritty industrial hub in the mid-1800s into a 21st century tech hub and a sought-after neighborhood. Though the Great Depression took its toll on the area, substantial investment since the late 1980s has breathed new life into it. Its streets are lined with stylish lofts, Michelin-starred restaurants, and boutiques. If you look closely however, the legacy of industry can still be spotted behind the modernity.
