Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

What it costs

Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

How long it takes

We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once it is on its way, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

Those are estimates rather than guarantees. Carriers slow down around holidays and in bad weather, and we have no control over that once a parcel leaves us.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived and tracking has not moved for several days, email us at info@vicinitycandles.com and we will look into it with you.

Your address

We ship to exactly the address you give us, so please check it before you order. If a parcel comes back to us undeliverable we still have the candle and can reship it for the cost of postage and packaging. If the carrier confirms delivery to the address on your order and you do not have it, our Refund Policy explains what we can do.

Custom and corporate orders

Custom and corporate orders are quoted separately and shipping is calculated with your quote, because those ship in cases rather than as single candles. Your quote will show the shipping cost before you pay anything.
