South Shore

South Shore
Inspired by an amber sunrise over South Shore Beach, with notes of orange peel, ozone, and dark musk.
Hugging Lake Michigan's shoreline on the South Side, South Shore began as a beachside summer retreat for wealthy Chicagoans in the late 19th century. The neighborhood since evolved into a residential area with beautiful homes and parks, which Michelle (Robinson) Obama enjoyed in her childhood years. Today, South Shore is a cultural beacon. The iconic South Shore Cultural Center (formerly the South Shore Country Club) buzzes with community events, and the Obama Presidential Library will further enrich this vibrant neighborhood.
