Kenwood

Kenwood
Inspired by the grand, elegant homes of Kenwood, with notes of cedarwood, amber, and patchouli.
Kenwood, nestled along Lake Michigan just north of Hyde Park, was settled in the 1850s by Dr. John Kennicott and named after his ancestral land in Scotland. It soon became synonymous with grand single-family homes and elegant architecture. Boasting Chicago's first public library, the Blackstone Library, it's no wonder prominent figures such as Julius Rosenwald, Martin Ryerson, and Barack and Michelle Obama have once called the neighborhood home. Kenwood's rich cultural heritage, historic charm, and proud residents are the staples of a flourishing community.
